Hi Everyone,

My goal is to improve my health and body image. I have lost over 50lbs but now I am a Skinny Fat person. I have no muscle formation. I am looking to tighten and tone and build stamina. I plan on aging gracefully. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :flowerforyou:
