"A New Me" Group's April 2011 Fitness Challenge

It was my personal goal when I started this challenge to work out every day of the month for at least 30 minutes. Well I far exceeded my goal! I exercised every day and I logged just under 28 HOURS of exercise for the month of April! And even though I only lost 4 pounds I feel great! I wish I would have taken my measurements because my clothes are so much looser!
