New to the site and to watching my calories, just wanted to say hi! The friend who got me into the site is in AK - so not close enough to check in with each other in person.
As for me...I love biking and swimming, and I'm re-starting the Couch-to-5k running program again this weekend. Made it to week 5 and saw some really impressive results (non-scale measurements) before I had to quit with a high ankle sprain. Now that it's rested, I'm raring to get on the lake path - just gotta make sure I don't push too far too fast and re-injure. Considering a 5k at the end of June, and swim lessons this summer to get me into shape for an indoor tri at the local club in October. Anyone else in the Baltimore/DC area or working through/starting C25K?
