Food Diary Question

So I was looking at eating a banana with a little peanut butter before hitting the gym tonight and I noticed that there are lots of Banana medium size listed. What I'm unsure of is they have different calorie amounts. How should I pick which one would be the correct calorie amount for what I'm eating?
Posted this in another group and didn't notice until now. LOL Guess I'm having a bad day.

I'm thinking that the amount of difference in calories for the bananas is probably about as flexible as the amount of calories you're going to burn at the gym, so in the larger picture, it doesn't really matter. Just pick one that seems close to your banana size and then focus on getting fit at the gym.0
