Any pranksters out there with a fun harmless office prank for me to steal?

    Google "annoy-a-tron", "annoy-a-tron 2.0", "evil-tron", or "phantom keystroker"

    Enjoy. xD

Switch the letters "m" and "n" on their keyboards. This one works great!

Dip the tips of someone’s cigarettes in Orajel so their lips will go numb.
Hide all of the desktop icons on someone’s computer and replace the monitor’s wallpaper with a screen-shot of their desktop.
Install the Blue Screen of Death screen-saver on someone’s computer. (provided they're stuck using a PC)
Switch around random keys on someone’s keyboard who isn’t a very good typist.

Tape the phone so they can't pick up the receiver. Seran wrap the computer (or office).... put a dab of hand sanitizer on their mouse where the pointer finger goes (this happened to me last week... grossed me out!)

I want to antique my husband in the worst way! Maybe I'll try it tomorrow morning. He's working nights and comes home around 6am...he wouldn't expect it. Hmmm.

A few funny ones happened in my office last year.

We convinced a coworker that our company was switching to "Universal Metric Time" 10 hours a day, 100 minutes an hour, 100 seconds a minute. This was to increase productivity and so that everyone would be on the same time globally http://www.minkukel.com/en/time/metric_clock.htm

Someone changed a coworkers monitor settings so it was all black. He came back from lunch and thought his computer was broken and was on the phone with the help desk for 10 minutes before anyone told him.

Someone took all the kleenex out of a sniffly coworkers box and paperclipped it all together then put it back in. So when he went for a kleenex they all came out.

My staff ALWAYS plays pranks on me! Last year they glued the hand held receiver to the phone... removed all the vowels from my key board and kidnapped my fish with a ransome note! Gotta love April Fools!

Search for this, someone asked about it awhile back and there were some good suggestions (also, I don't feel like typing mine out again, lol)

Thanks to this suggestion, I just went over to my coworkers desk and moved a few key items around - he will think he's now left handed. - he should find it in the a.m....He he he...

This is a bad thread, since I'm the last one here at work, I have done something to everyone's desk. I may have to pay the price when I get here in the a.m.
  • put a small piece of tape on the ear reciever of their office phone. they'll be able to hear but barely.

You have a fish at work? Don't you have to feed them daily? I'm very curious! I'd love to have a work fish!

take a screen shot of your victims computer --> set that picture as the wallpaper --> hide all the desktop icons

now sit back and watch them click / reboot / click again

Oh this is so annoying because the fax will try like 3 times to get through, not just once.

I still want to do the stapler (or other office object) in the Jell-O mold prank...

Someone did this to me last year!!! RUINED my stapler, but it was soooo funny!

Some of my favorite from The Office:

Replace all of the pens and pencils with crayons

    Encase something in Jello

Move someones desk by an inch every time they get up

Put a macro in the word processor so that it types something random whenever they type a common word.

The Pavlov's dog prank with rebooting the computer / Altoids was a-mazing. Also, putting things like wallet, etc. in the vending machine!
