Morning everyone!!
Ive been half awake since 5:40am because TOM and I've never had such bad cramps in my entire life!! I feel horrible today! I took some ibephrofan just waiting for that to kick in. I don't know if I will work out today. I don't even wanna eat, I just want to go into a ball and sleep but I need to watch my kids, and to make matters worse my husband is coming home late from work today :sad:

Take the day off. I understand those days. Just try to get back into the swing of things tomorrow.
My goals:
an hour of Taebo at least
cleaning
eating less calories today
drinking my water
My hubby and I are going on a date tonight so I need to eat light and work out hard today so I can eat a little more this evening. Don't know where we are going but he'd needs to let me know ahead of time so I can plan my meal! Overall I am trying to lower my cals a bit anyway because I'm not getting smaller or dropping pounds (scale is still in the closet!).

Hi ladies!
Today is yoga this afternoon so: water, water, water vits and maybe a short walk. It's beautiful outside and they say it won't last, so I need to enjoy it while I can. I feel like a duck this summer with all the rain.

Today is an exciting day - a new kitty for our household! Normally I want the cat that is hard to adopt - old, one-eye, and a biting problem, but this time we need a playmate for Iggy (pictured left). Iggy is just so high energy and had such a good time when his cousin (sister's kitten) came to visit, that we decided he needed a friend his own age. I'll get the kitten's picture up as soon as we take some. He is solid black and his name is Flapjacks. His blackness as well as some eye issues make him harder to adopt, so I guess I won't feel too guilty.
Yesterday I did the elliptical and some walking. Today I want to do some weights as well as walking. Maybe a BL video.
Carrie - it's been shown that exercise reduces cramps. Maybe just a little walk? But don't feel guilty if you need a day off. :happy:0 -

Leaving town again tomorrow (North Carolina this time), so I'll be getting in a nice long workout today along with a million errands and a hot date this afternoon... Also thinking of jumping in the ocean for a swim...
Yesterday:
Cardio/ Weights at gym
Took vitamins
Drank water
Not happy with what I ate, will change this today
Today:
Healthy calories
Burn 750 calories -- elliptical/ weights
Morning swim?
Drink water
Take vitamins

25 push ups
Water, and more water
Going to a cookout tonight... luckily my friends are healthy eaters... fish, potatoes, and salad... of course a couple of beers, but I should have the calories for those!

I'm on a kick butt mission this week apparently. I did 3 x 2- mile repeats for another 7 mile day. The only consequence is how trashed my feet are with blisters. I know, I know, the athletic trainer complaining about blisters is ironic, and the fact that I quit counting the miles on these shoes last year... I've said too much & am in big trouble now :laugh: Only problem is that I have to chose between money for new shoes or new contacts (which I haven't had my eyes checked since '02). Alright, nobody listen to me anymore 'cause I'm a walking bilboard for how not to take care of your body! :laugh:
Anyways, feeling great otherwise. Tomorrow is out 6th anniv. so I will indulge in a fine dining experience and not think once about counting calories. It's once a year that dinner costs more than I'd care to admit, but we thoroughly enjoy the adult evening out & I have a girlfriend babysitting for free, so fair trade.

Good afternoon all! The sun is finally back so I did Turbo Jam this morning and had the kids at the beach by 10. We had a front row seat at the edge of the lake and it was a super day all the way around.0
