A great love story

Today is my grandparents 60th anniversary! Not only is 60 years and amazing amount of time together, but it really shows that love can exist and marriages can last through so much. My grandparents met in the Army, grandma was a nurse and my grandpa taught electricians.

They've made it through army life, 9 kids, a few miscarriages, 16 grand kids and 3 great-grand kids. I am so in awe of their success and I hope that when I get married, I make it to 60 years as well. Congrats gma and gpa!

    My Grand parents made it to 60 but they both past before the 61st and my parents almost made it to 50 my father past the week before.... I didn't get the great relationship gene... :( *sigh* Hopefully that has passed and now I have the greatest ever!
