    Go to Food Network and look on the Chopped Allstars show...they made several recipes with it the other night!

    Where did you find that? I have only been using the regular quinoa, but I would say go to www.vegetariantimes.com:bigsmile:

    I just went browsing in my local neighborhood health food store...stumbled upon it and bought it on impulse without any idea what to do with it. I'll see if food network has some good stuff on there. Thanks :)
