Mildly embarassing NSV!

For the first time, EVER, I did a 16 minute mile on my walk around my pretty hilly neighborhood. This is from someone who, at the beginning of March, was doing a 22 minute mile and feeling like she'd die the entire time..on a flat trail.

    No embarrassment! That is an achievement. The greatest thing about this journey is that we learn that the more we do things that are challenging, the easier they get, and our world starts to open up.
