Potassium

I've been trying to find foods that are high in potassium, but almost all of them have a high sugar content and basically fill my daily sugar goal in 1 serving (except for milk which has a moderate amount of sugar). Does anyone have any suggestions on foods that are high in potassium but low in sugar??

I'm glad you asked this because I'm having trouble reaching my potassium goal too. The only time I almost got there was when I had a huge baked potato for dinner.0

Mushrooms. One average portabella cap (around 3oz) has almost 500mg of potassium and around 2g of sugar, or less.0
