so this is the best thing my personal trainer could recommend!!! love it already. Im wondering, I have exceeded my daily fat intake but not my calorie intake, which is more important to concentrate on to loose weight? and i still have to take the dog on a 20 minute walk.....

Welcome! I believe overall calorie intake & it depends on where the fat calories are coming from as to how good or bad they are. Best of luck to you!0

You should limit your fat intake to no more than 30% of your daily calories.0
