Low Fat Ground Turkey and Cabbage

I posted this in the Recipe forum. It's great for people doing low carb/17 day diet.
1 lb ground turkey
1 sm head of cabbage - chopped
1 green or red pepper - chopped fine
1-4oz can mushrooms
20 oz crushed tomatoes

In a large skillet brown turkey and cabbage. (I like crispy cabbage so I only browned the turkey).
Put these ingredients in crockpot.
Add pepper, mushrooms and crushed tomatoes.
Cook on low for about 1 hours. Stirling occasionally.

I really enjoyed the crispy flavor of the cabbage. If you don't like it crispy, then you'll probably want to brown it with the ground turkey to add the flavor and moisture to help soften it.
