Excited about healthy living (again)!

Hi all! I discovered myfitnesspal on my ipod and have been tracking calories for about a week. I've never dabbled with community support for weight loss/healthy living, so I'm all excited about this right now!
My story: Overweight and felt hopeless my entire life. Lost 100 pounds 5 years ago (should have kept going for another 30+ at the time). Stayed in maintenance mode for 4 years and hit a patch of stress and unhappiness with work this past year and gained some back. Now I've decided it's high time to get back into the healthy living I so enjoyed for those maintenance years and get back into the swing of exercising and eating all the delicious and healthy yummies I've gotten away from this year.
So inspired by all the people and support I've seen in just a quick browse of the message boards, and happy to be here!

try and go by what calories are given to you and make sure you don't go under 1200 you will not be helping your body0

This is a fantastic place for motivation and accountability - it can help with all ends of the spectrum if you are ready to take it seriously - from not having any idea how to lose weight to just needing some encouragement (which you probably need) to being able to compete with other friends in training to increase fitness!
Surround yourself with supportive people who are active and eat well - they will drag you back up to where you want to be xx0
