Hi everyone!
I've been on this for awhile and never looked at the message boards. I started doing this and P90X seriously in January. I know P90X has its own diet guide, but that was too much for me and i just decided to just start eating healthy and watching my portions. 1200 calories is enough for me. I have such better eating habits now and from January to now, i've lost a total of 11lbs. For some reason, i don't know why myfitnesspal didn't start counting my lbs lost on my weigh ins until now..oh well! I know what i lost! The last day of my P90X Phase 3 is April 10th which is my birthday! I thought that was awesome, but i don't intend on stopping. I am going to start it over again and add in Insanity for more cardio.

So again, hi everyone! and good luck to you all! : )

To fix you ticker: click "TOOLS", then click "Tickers", then "Update your weight data" that should works.

By the way, I am thinking about getting P90X. I heard only good things about it. It's too bad I cann't find a support group for P90X.
