I have lost 12 pounds and I am soo excited, cant wait too start the 30 Day Shred. I am soo proud of myself!

Congrats! I just hit 12 (overall) lbs lost today too! And I am on day 15 of 30DS! Good luck with it and stick with it when you think it's too hard. YOU CAN DO IT!0

Thanks Guys!! I do need to clarify that I started my d**t on March 10th, 2011 that should have been my starting date. I just looked at the wrong date lol. I started MFP on March 26th 2011. So actually it has been 3 weeks instead of two!0
