Stay on Track!

I find that if I input all the foods for one day all at once, it helps me keep on track. That way, if I want to go off couse and eat a taco for lunch, I remind myself that I already put a meal replacement shake down as my lunch and that is what I will have.
Asking myself "am I hungry or just bored?" helps a lot, because usually the answer is "just bored" and that keeps me from eating everything in sight.
Anyone else have anything they do to trick themselves or techniques to keep on track?

Wow I do the same things! I thought I was the only one! But after breakfast I only input my dinner cuz that's my biggest meal. That way I know my limits for lunch and snacks.0
