Logging Leslie Sansone

Hey all! I have been using Leslie Sansone all week and I am a little confused as to how to log it. Today I did the 3 mile with weights...so How should I log it? It took me roughly 45 minutes but with all the movinga round it seemed more like aerobics...what say you MFP?

    I have been using the 3-mile walk for abs with the belt. And, yes, it is more like aerobics. So I have been entering my time as high-impact aerobics. Seems to be working for me as I have lost approximately 25 pounds.

    Your best bet is to get a hrm so you can wear it as you exercise, because the numbers here on mfp are an approximation since we don't all exercise with the same intensity. Good luck :-)
