I love the show but what is so great about it are the things that they do to lose weight and things they do for encouragement to keep going. One thing stuck with me and I want to try it and that is seeing and feeling the weight lose again. Meaning... take the 25 pounds you have lost and put it back on your body and feel and see the amount. What motivation would that be. I lost 48 pounds before joining you guys on here last week. When I think about that. That is the same weight as my 2nd grader. Thinking about her riding on my back - I can't she is a chunk. I die trying to pick her up and take her upstairs to bed. I carried that on my body for 2 years. Now look at her - a 2nd grader. What motivation. At least for me. I have done so much and I can continue to. Soon I want to look at my 2nd grader holding my 2 year old and think I lost both of them.

I love the Biggest Loser also. I think trying those pounds on again would be good motivation and a reminder that you don't want to go there again. I saw a man jogging at the local rec center the other day with weight in a back pack. He said he had 65lbs on his back.
