5 ingredient soup

Very yummy and it is very filling for low calories.

1 can of corn
1 can of refried beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of peeled tomotoes

Drain only the black beans and rinse. Mix all other ingredients until warm and enjoy :smile:

    I like:

    1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes w/green chiles)
    1 can refried beans
    1 can chicken
    1 can your favorite beans (kidney, chili, black, whatever)
    1 can chicken broth (If I don't have this, I"ll just add a cup of water and a beef or chicken boulion cube)

    Also, if I have leftover taco meat, I'll throw that in the pot, too. :)
