i'm reading this book right now. Has anyone followed the plan?

    I'm not sure about the book, but I followed the 12 superfoods pre-baby when I was at my healthiest (128 - 132 lbs, 5'8", lean, mean and athletic!)


    A - Almonds and other nuts (with skins intact)
    Superpowers Builds muscle, reduces cravings
    Fights Obesity, heart disease, muscle loss, wrinkles, cancer, high blood pressure

    B - Beans and legumes
    Superpowers Builds muscle, helps burn fat, regulates digestion

    I follow a similar plan and it is working very well for me.
  • I've been reading a little about it in Prevention magazine. I just don't want to buy aaaanother diet book :(

    no book needed, simply eating right and staying away from processed foods, its that simple.
