The 17 day diet book

Hi everyone! Happy Friday :)

So I bought the 17 day diet book after hearing about it on The Doctors and reading all the good reviews on it. I like it mainly cause its not really a diet its more of a lifestyle change, anyways I started today and I feel good so far (not starving).
As soon as I woke up I had 8oz of hot water with half a lemon juice.
For breakfast I had 2 egg whites (no oil) 1 apple and a cup of chamomile tea (I'm supposed to have green tea but I didn't had any).
I will keep you posted on my progress, I hope I can stick with the plan :)

Have you read and tried this diet book? Did you see any results?

    Great! I will follow the menu on the book and stick to it. I do not like plain yogurt :/ hopefully it tastes better with the unsweetend jam :)
