I searched under Cardio and can't seem to find anything under that. I have 2 rooms to paint and I wanted to know if I can skip my workout today?

Hmm...wonder if there's a difference between, trimming, roller, brush, or sprayer. (Heck, just cleaning the sprayer can burn some calories.)
