My gym has a tai chi class on Saturday morning I was thinkingabout trying! Anyone doing any tai chi and how good of a workout is it?

I did Tai Chi pretty seriously for 7 years. The basic form isn't really a workout as such, not aerobic, anyway, but it certainly makes you a lot stronger. Most people find they put on weight doing it, though, as it really toughens up your muscles. It is 80% lower body exercise, the arms are just the distraction on the surface. You get very strong legs doing Tai Chi!0
