Whenever I go to the diner, I'll order a grilled chicken sandwich. I noticed that on the bun theres all brown sort of greasy looking stains on the kaiser roll. Do you think they cook the chicken with some kind of oil? or is it just the juice from the chicken?

I have worked in many different restaurants. When they make your grilled chicken, they also put butter on the bun and toast it on the flat top. The same surface they cook other greasy foods on. If you get grilled chicken, ask them not to toast the bun if you can handle a non-toasted bun. That may help. It will also cut back on the butter and the fat from that! Hope that helps!
