Hey guys,
Kind of a silly question but I was just wondering if anyone had any tricks to keep their avocados from turning brown after you cut them in half and only use half of it.
Right now I keep the pit in it and put it in a Ziploc bag. Any better suggestions?

Sprinkle a little lemon juice on it and it keeps it fresher for a couple days... or so I hear, I've never tried it myself lol0

i only spoon out the amount of alvacado i need for whatever i'm making at the time then put the entire rest of it (skin and pit) in a plastic baggey. Get out as much air as possible and this lasts about 3 days in the fridge. Sometimes i just mix in the brown part or scrape it off...its still okay to eat; just has oxygen exposure.0

I figured this out this week: PLASTIC WRAP.
It keeps the air out that causes it to turn brown.
It is amazing.0
