Ok - its Friday night and I can feel my resolve weakening

I am starved... I am armed with 880 calories to use... I am thinking about chicken wings... what could I indulge in that wouldn't totally hurt me??? (Had a good workout this morning and burned 750 cals) my 880 leftover is net after working out.

Right now I've got 1118 left for the day/night. I'll be having another snack in a bit because I eat every 2-3 hours but I'll still have over 900 for dinner. This leaves me plenty for wine and nice dinner tonight when my boyfriend and I go out for date night.
Just make sure you log everything and you're golden =]

Buy a bag of frozen chicken wings (or better - chicken breast and cut it up) and some hot sauce. BAKE the chicken and DOUSE it with the hot sauce. :-)0
