hi,I'm 25 and will be 26 next month and my challenge is to lose about 20 to 25 lbs within the next three months.I have already lost 8lbs which is great but I want to look good on my birthday and also be healthy for my son.since giving birth,I've not managed to lose the extra weight and lost my confidence but I have signed up to the local aquatic centre (I enjoy swimming) and I feel great after.I'm becoming more and more conscious of my calories intake and hopefully the scale will reward me.
looking forward to hearing from you guys and you can add me also.I'm very motivated and positive about this journey.
