Use your heart rate monitor for calories burned.
Go to Exercise tab, then enter P90X Cardio X, a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned.0 -
What about for those of us who.can't afford heart rate monitors like myself0

P90x nutrition guide says the estimated calorie burn is about 600 each exercise.
These are my average numbers using my HR monitor though:
300-400 for weight training days and Yoga
600-700 for cardio days0 -

Lifting days I average between 300-400 calorie burn. I can burn 700 for Plyo X and 500 plus on leg and back day. Walmart as a fairly cheap hrm by Sportline for under $30.0
