Hey Everyone,
I'm not in awesome shape, I work out regularly but get sore from having training sessions with a PT or if i push myself really hard and so I'm wondering...
Has anyone else NOT gotten sore from doing 30DS?
I've done it 3x and haven't felt anything. Sure, it gets my heart rate into my zone 2-3 but nothing more...
anyone else had this happen?

Leah I NEVER got sore doing it - none of the levels, I felt it when I worked out but never after/ the next day. xxx0

I wasnt sore on L1 either but I stuck with it and am on L2 now, mind you I am not sore but it makes me sweat something crazy. I do alot of running on the side as well. I dont think you need to be sore to get the full results :happy:0

Are you giving it your all? Are you following Natalie?
Your muscles might just be used to training but OMG when I started the 30DS there were days I could barely walk. And I mean barely. LOL.
I can do it now no problem, and I even can do NMTZ & BFBM without soreness now because I am stronger but if I was to just start them after being sedentary for a while I KNOW I would be HURTING.0 -
I'm on my 2nd round of 30DS and I am not feeling sore at all. The only modified move I do are the pushups.0

Soreness isn't always an indicator of a good workout! If you are pushing yourself and getting your heart rate up, then you are doing what you are supposed to do. It's a myth to think you have to be sore from a workout or it wasn't effective.0

hmmm i have the same issue but i just started level 1 im on my 3rd day today...we'll see how it goess when i hit L2 ...0

I would up the heaviness of your weights0

You may have to increase your weights - I am pretty fit (or at least I think so) I have to follow natalie and I have to do it intensely. I have to go to full squat and use 8 pound wieght - I really try to do the boy push ups as close to the floor as possible. (almsot there) If you are really doing it to the fullest then you should be getting something out of it. If I followed the lower impact or didn't push myself I would not be sore --- I am still not too sore but I feel it. You don't want o be so sore that you can't walk but you should be able to push yourself.0

Yes, you more than likely need to up your weights. However, I have recently had to upgrade to her new workout Ripped in 30 because even with the upped weights I wasn't feeling it as much. It was still a good workout but I needed something a little more. It took a long time to get to that point though.0
