Sweet Thang...

Sugar... a weakness? of course!

What's a healthy amount per day? I constantly find myself going over, even though i'm getting it from fruits.--apples mainly! Can i continue to write it off as healthy sugar? I love sweets, but am disappointed to see that i'm overdoing it on sugar even when i bypass the Oreo or gummy bear craving...

What's everyone elses daily dose? Any tips?

thanks!

Don't worry about sugar in fruit, unless it's a high sugar fruit like pineapple (and then just eat in moderation). In addition to (natural) sugars in apples, they have a high water content, high fiber content, PLUS vitamins & nutrients! Keep eating apples, girl!

I was told not to worry too much about natural sugars from fruits.

Don't sweat it. And great job on replacing sweets with fruit!

Until they discover a fruit that looks and tastes like a Snickers bar, I'll always lack enthusiasm for the stuff.
