Anyone have 30 Day Shred Pictures before and after?

I decided to purchase the 30 Day Shred tonight to add to my normal workout routine because I have a wedding to attend in about a month that i want to look great for PLUS I want to wear shorts so bad I cant see straight. If any of you have completed the full 30 days and have result pictures or stories PLEASE share :) I want to know if this thing works! I usually run about 2-2.5 miles a day..bike for 15 minutes and do the elliptical for 15 minutes but I need something else to add to my workout. THANKS!

    See my profile...my pictures are 24 days progress. I took pics on day 4 and again on day 28. I couldn't do the last two days because I tore my calf muscle, but I did it every day for those 28 days and saw great results. Good luck!

    It's an awesome workout! I got really good results the first time so I'm doing it again. I'm on level 1 and tomorrow is day 8.

    Ive heard people after they go off of 30 day shred do the Ripped in 30 have u considered that? I think if I get good results thats what ILl probably do.

    I am on L2 D4 - Anita (14 days total) and although I dont see any results on the scale per say, my clothes do fit a little (Just a little) different. Not sure what the next two weeks will bring but I did take pics on Day 1 and will post pics at the end if there are any major differences.

    I've considered going back to doing Tae Bo when I finished first time around and I did. But didn't feel like I was getting the workout I needed/wanted. It did not compare to 30DS! I also did boxing. Great workout. Great burn. I still do some boxing a few times a week. I haven't considered doing anything besides 30DS b/c I know the results are great with it.

    I'm in the middle of Ripped in 30 right now, and I've done 30DS a few times. Definitely starting with 30DS is good, you get the foundation of some moves that reappear in Ripped, and can prepare yourself for Jillian at her finest/most insane. I'm on Level 2 and already crying... scared of Level's 3 and 4, but it's a kick *kitten* workout and I've seen great results! Didn't take any photos, but my clothes fit better, I stand taller and have better posture, and I feel STRONG.
