GOALS FOR TODAY...
1. No cake at the birthday party.
2. Stay within calorie limit.
3. Workout at least 30 minutes.
4. Drink at least 2 L H20.
5. Pack for trip to Portugal.

    I met my goal this am. Got up and worked out, cardio and strength. I feel ready to tackle the rest of the challenges of the weekend (except cleaning the house).
