Hello All,
I just started using MFP this a week after seeing a friend for the first time in months and seeing how trim he has gotten since using MFP.
I love my food and my wife is an incredible cook, but I know I need to be more conscious of the numbers associated with the food I am eating. Many folks don't believe that I am near 300 pounds, but within the last few months I have peaked at around 310. I would like to reverse that trend.
