Tracking Insanity as exercise?

Hi all,
I was wondering what category you'd put an Insanity workout under? I know that it would generally be cardio, but would it be categorized under high impact aerobics?
Additionally, what about other interval workouts? I sometimes do Jackie Warner's core workout dvds, and sometimes do Jillian's 30 Day Shred. Do you track individual moves and reps, or just list the general workout under something else?
Thanks, and I appreciate all the help!

Hey, I have the EXACT same question as you. I do Insanity 6 days a week and sometimes do all of Jillians DVD's. Only closest one I have found is the High impact Aerobics but the calories they calculate I feel I burn much more than that.0

Most of us have added each workout as an exercise and enter the calories from our HRM. We all burn such different amounts it would be hard to estimate it without a HRM.0
