Recipe - 322 Calorie Taco Dip with Chips

I love this dip when I'm craving Mexican food.
Place 1/2 cup of fat free refried beans in a bowl. I microwave it for about 30 seconds.
Place 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt in a cup. Mix a teaspoon to a tablespoon of taco seasoning into the yogurt, which tastes like sour cream in the dip.
Spread the yogurt over the beans.
Shred a handful of fresh spinach. Layer it over the yogurt.
Chop one Roma tomato and slice 5 green or black olives. Sprinkle over the spinach. Add jalapenos if you like them.
Eat the dip with one serving of Baked Scoops.
It totals to about 322 calories.
