I wan't really big to begin with, but not happy with myself! If it weren't for me finding this website, I would still weight around 160 which is big for me. Other than the last 3 years, I have never been over 140 for the 15 years!
MFP needs more advertising and I do it all the time by posting to Facebook and all my friends!
