Haven't made a trip home to get my New HRM Polar
Dad brought it, my catch to getting it is to drive home, but I'm at school and have no time...anddd I start 30DS today..Should I not worry about the calories I burn from the 30DS? This is my cardio to take off inches, on top of my hour at the gym (7days a week). Sooo would it be a good thing to not worry or should I make a guess? Also I'm not eating the full 1200 cal <<and since I'm starting the 30DS on top of hour at gym. Should I start eating the full 1200 cal or stay with my 900+ or max at 1000?

I have logged on here 30 ds as circuit training!0

I've read that your body needs 1200 calories a day to function properly. So I would definitely eat 1200 calories especially if you work out.0

First off I would definitely eat the 1200 calories since you are working out twice daily.
Second off, I log the 30 day shred under circuit training and it gives me around 185 per 20 minutes.
Hope that helps.0 -
also you need to eat more then 1200 if you are doing excersies as well I make sure that I net over 1200 a day, meaning I eat back all my excersie calories0

It's important to eat your excersize calories to fuel your body! When I fist saw ppl say this I hesitated but after trial and error I was able to lose more doing this! I have 7 days left of the Shred and I've lost 15lbs and 2 pant sizes0

Well wouldn't that be like maintaining your size that you have?0 -

Well the trainer told me to never eat my workout calories. Its not going to lose anything but I will maintain <<<so I'm confused about that!!!!0 -

Nope! The 1200 is already calculated with a calorie deficit so that you'll lose weight.0
