La Tiara Taco Shells

So my local grocer carries La Tiara taco shells. If you can find them in your area they are well worth it. 35 calories and 4 carbs a taco shell. Tacos just became possible for me again!

    I love those because they are thin and crispy....can actually have 2 of them!

    At a little local store in Oklahoma, believe it or not. You can find them online at retailers like Amazon.com, etc. They are a little higher that way, but they are so thin and crispy and yummy, I think they are worth it!
