    is that a bodybugg on your arm?

    Yes and no. In the first two pics with it on, it is. Then the other two later pics, it's a BodyMediaFit. I like the BMF a lot more than the BodyBugg and it seems a bit more accurate. It's the same technology, just tweaked a little. I love them both and I couldn't have gotten as far in my journey without the help of these little gadgets! It's amazing to know exactly what I'm burning every day and it's helped me break through three plateaus.

    I would definitely recommend either one of them to ANYONE!

    And thank you, everyone! I'm so excited to get these last pounds off, I can hardly stand it!
