I found this app on my phone and thought maybe it would be something that could help me out. When I was in High school I wasn't in the best of shape but now that I don't have my sport anymore I have gained a lot of weight. I'm one of those people who eat according to their moods especially when I'm sad or bored... and I keep trying to quit that habit and will do good for a month are so and then fall back into the habit. I'm hoping that recording everything will help me out! Does anybody have suggestions? Thanks!

    Just be sure to record everyting you eat! It will help you see if you're eating too much fat/sodium etc...
    If you plan on going out to eat, try and plan ahead by looking at menus online to see what would be a healthy choice.

    Do you exercise at all? Trying walking a few times a week to start and don't forget to record it in your log!

    Oh... and drink lots of water!
  • Yup, this is a great tool for the phone. I joined last week and have done some good already. The food log is awesome. Everyone is very encouraging too. Loading the app was a great first step. : )
