Was reading an article and said that these hidden sources of sugar will spike your fat storing hormones and to stay far away. The recommended amount of sugar a day is 48 to 60 grams a day. It's poison to us obese people!!

The list names fructose and lactose. But honestly: It is not the best option to stop eating fruit just because it has NATURAL sugar in it (that is actually really good for you) and stop drinking milk that contains other important nutrients, like calcium. Not all sugars are bad and even if they are hidden doesn'T mean they will harm you. Of cours, it is good to known that those food contain sugar but this shouldn'tstop one to eat healthy. Fruits are essential for a healthy and balanced diet
