Hi
I have been on here for a few months, but I didn't record all of what I ate on a daily basis. I have also been the same weight for about 4 weeks, so I have to change something! I am going to try really hard to add all of my meals daily. So far I have done it 3 days! Hoping I can keep it up

Great job!! Adding EVERYTHING really helps. I even add a small piece of chocolate..coffee creamer..everything as it ALL has calories/fat/carbs etc. If you have plateaud try changing your work out routine0

if you keep your diary you'll find that you will do much better with your weight loss journey. also if you keep it up it will become a habit and part of your daily routine.0

Keeping track of your food is essential for successful weight loss. I too, have been slipping with logging my food and it is beginning to show on the scale I have been trying the last few days to re-commit to logging my food every day. Getting better, but haven't quite gotten there. When I was logging everyday I was loosing consistently, but now I have put a few lbs back on and I need to stop this downward trend. You and I have similar weigh loss goals, if you would like to buddy up to encourage each other to stay on track logging our food (even if we go over), just send me a friend request. It really is easier when you someone that understands where you are and is able to support your journey.
