30 Days of Motivation?

For those of you who have finished 30DS or has started it, how do you keep motivated to do it everyday? And what do you do after you've finished 30 days? Start the cycle again?

    I'm not sure, but is the program meant for you to work out everyday? And how long is each workout? Thanks!

    Today is day 15 for me of 30DS with no rest days and it's a really good question about how to keep yourself motivated.

    However, I know that every single time I have done the workout I feel better for it. Plus the motivation is in the results i lost 5lbs in the first 2 weeks and inches off my body. My shoulders have changed shape, my tummy is firmer, my legs and thighs have toned up and that is the motivation that will keep you going.

    I am now half way through and if the results from the next two weeks are anything like the first two I will be very happy with the overall results.

    I have also been running 3 x a week alongside this and walking on my non run days. So lots of cardio and I am tired but the results happen quickly and it shows that the hard work pays off.
