I have been here a little while, but I have a lot to loose so I guess I will be here for a long time. I'm new here too. I've been counting calories in my head for a couple of years & managed to lose 35 pounds in that time, but I hit a wall. I found this site & have been faithfully logging my meals & exercise everyday. I have lost 3 pounds in the two weeks since I've joined this site! It could be coincidental but I don't think so. Also, when you see the extra calories you can add to your daily intake just by exercising for 30 minutes it motivates me to get up & move. Good Luck...I know you're gonna make it now that you're here.0
