Time to get serious again

i lost 25 pounds using myfitnesspal last year while I was living in Korea. Ever since returning to the US the scale has slowly been creeping back up. Just before spring break and my trip to Moab, Utah I tried to put on my shorts from the summer and they didn't even come close to closing! Its easy for me to stand here and pretend to be shocked that they are already so small, after all I've only gained 8pounds. But if I had lost those 8pounds it would seem like a lot. So why am I able to convince myself that gaining 8 pounds is not a big deal? It's a huge deal and it's stopping now. I have just over 3 months till my wedding and would like to finally reach my goal of 140 (I never quite hit it last time, got stuck at 145).

I'm thinking of buying p90x. Anyone tried it out there and seen good results?

P90X rocks! simple as that. It will make you sore, but in a good way. Stick with the program as best as you can. If your diet has refined sugars, white flour products, high sodium, bad fats than change it. Diet is a huge part of any success formula. P90X is an excellent workout, if you do not have a HRM then get one so you can measure the caloric burn. I have only bee using P90X for a week and have seen a good rate of weight loss as well as being sore as hell. Being sore means you are doing it right in my opinion. I have a hard time keeping up yet, especially with Plyometrics, it is tough! The payoff is huge if you push yourself.

my highest was 170 and my goal is 140 also. If you have room for p90x in your house to jump around and stuff go for it because it is amazing. If not then just hit the gym like me. I have been doing alot of cardio and I lost 4 pounds in 1 week. You can def reach your goal by your wedding but you have to start now! Good luck
