 SERIOUSLY- I am trying REAL hard to get the 8 glasses in a day- but my bladders and kidneys are getting an added workout.
PLEASE tell me if your body EVENTUALLY adjusts to this? The last time I did this, I was in my last trimester of pregnancy.

I have adjusted a little bit but I still go pee A LOT. But it really has gotten better. Except today, when I had to jump off the treadmill to avoid peeing my pants while running! Hang in there and give it time. Water is important!!0

LOL you sound like me!! I work with 3 pregnant girls and I go more than they do! I hope so, but if not, I guess its ok, just means we are flushing out the toxins and fat, right?!?!?!?0

I recently had blood work done and had low electrolytes. The doctor wanted it rechecked in a week so I made a huge effort to drink more water. I started getting up at night to pee!!!! I hadn't done that since I was pregnant. I even tried to cut back in the evening, nothing helped for about 2 weeks and then I seemed to adjust and not pee SOOOO much. BTW, the addtional water fixed the electrolyte problem0

I also have adjusted but I still go quite a bit! I try to avoid drink really heavy before working out to avoid having to run back and forth to the bathroom, but I drink during my workout.0

It's been 5 weeks for me and I'm still peeing every 30 minutes, UGGGGGGH!0

I remember when I was 215 pounds and read an article about how drinking green tea before your workout would help you burn a lot more calories. GREAT!!! Right? The unintended consequence: I got 45 minutes walk from the house, with no bathroom any closer than home, and had to pee so bad my dogs thought I was being attacked by something.
Now I can drink green tea or water or whatever and walk for 90 minutes with no problem. I read somewhere that your body has to process a lot more when you weigh more, so yes you pee more. It should get better over time.0
