Has anyone tried the 7llbs in 7 days juice programme?

Just curious if anyone has tried the Jason Vale juice diet? Would like to hear any feedback as i have just ordered the book and plan on giving it a go. I already juice and am on an elimination diet so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle, but was curious to see if anyone else had given it a go. thanks in anticipation.
