*Help* What should Sugar Count Be?

I started this journey with one goal set in mind Lose Weight. Now I'm Stuck the last couple months I've been at the same weight.
I work out I eat right. But One thing I've noticed now I have the app on my iPhone. I can see all the Nutrients there an what the goal is for the day etc. But it says my goal for sugar is 24..... Seems really Low..I go over everyday...Even on other things like dietary fiber which I feel is Ok.....But as I just scrolled thru the last few days The "Goals" that were actually set Kept changing. Now why is that? What am I missing here?
I have to say I've done really well on this Journey I'm so close to reaching my Goal. Its just I have a shorter time to be At my goal weight May will be a Year I started this Life Style Change An I report to the Dr.
And I feel like the Sugar intake might be the problem But I only get Most of that sugar from my Fruit.

Any helpful tips would so be Appreciated! :smile:
