I did several exercises (such as bench press) using resistane tubes. How do you record these in MFP when it asks for the weight lifted?

I have DVDs that use the resistance band for 30 min. I just long them as strength training in cardio. I believe I'm buring more calories, but I would rather put in less than more!

Well, I'm not sure how you would know how much "weight" would be equal to a resistance band. I'd say you can't log it as reps...or just put 1 for the weight and then make a comment at the bottom that you used bands.

    Cardio, strength training.

Under strength exercises, I just input sets/reps and ignore weight when I'm doing resistance bands.

Do you record resistance tube workouts under both Cardio, strength training and under strength exercises? No calories burned count if recorded under strength exercises, right?

I use a HRM for cardio workouts, but I have always heard that HRM's are not useable for measuring calories burned during strength training.
