I did several exercises (such as bench press) using resistane tubes. How do you record these in MFP when it asks for the weight lifted?

I have DVDs that use the resistance band for 30 min. I just long them as strength training in cardio. I believe I'm buring more calories, but I would rather put in less than more!0

Well, I'm not sure how you would know how much "weight" would be equal to a resistance band. I'd say you can't log it as reps...or just put 1 for the weight and then make a comment at the bottom that you used bands.0

Cardio, strength training.
Under strength exercises, I just input sets/reps and ignore weight when I'm doing resistance bands.0 -
I'd use a HRM0
