Measurements Question

Hi everyone! I just bought a scale that measures Body Fat Percentage, Water Percentage, and Muscle Percentage as well as weight. I realize the numbers are suspect, but I'd still like to know how I stack up to what's considered good, fair, poor, for each of these measurements.
Any idea where I can find this information?
Thanks in advance!

Did your scale not come with an instruction booklet that shows you where your ratings fall? Mine did.0

Yes, mine did as well. However specific to Muscle Percentage, it said there are no generally valid guidelines. Therefore, I was looking for more info.0 -
those things dont work so well. because it measures resistance of water. so if you've just drank, or havent peed or are bloaty, or just did some activity it wont be accurate..not that they are accurate anyways.0
